Sorachi River
Feel like a child again as you enjoy river rafting amidst untouched nature.
Rafting courses are available on the Shisorapuchi River (the upstream part of the Sorachi River) and Mukawa River.
Both rivers are among the clearest in Hokkaido.
Each rubber raft carries 3 to 8 people and travels down an approximately 7-km course in 1.5 to 2 hours.
Rafters can relax and enjoy the vast natural landscape, as well as experience the rollercoaster-like thrill of riding the rapids.
With the guidance of experienced staff, this activity is safe even for beginners.

This is a summer river sport in which you travel down a canyon without using a boat.
You can relish in feeling at one with nature while hiking up a gorge, climbing a waterfall, diving into a waterfall basin or riding down a natural water slider.
This is an authentic adventure course usually aimed at those who are junior high school age or older.
Energetic fifth and sixth grade elementary school children may also participate with the full support of experienced guides.

Experience the excitement of navigating down a river by yourself!
A ducky is a rubber kayak for one or two persons.
This is an activity in which participants can enjoy paddling down the river on their own.
River boarding is a program recently attracting a great deal of attention in which participants lie belly-down on boards and travel down a river using fins on their feet.
Both activities allow participants to experience more thrills than rafting as they are closer to the water’s surface and feel the excitement of independently navigating down a river.
